Apart from Swieqi United, Ghaxaq FC and Xghajra Tornados, who have been promoted from the Third Division last season, Sirens FC will be facing some tough opposition in the Second Division. The rest of the opponents will be San Gwann FC, Zabbar St Patrick's FC, Gharghur FC, Mellieha SC, Senglea Athletic FC, Marsa FC, Dingli Swallows FC, Hamrun Spartans FC and Zejtun Corinthians FC. The match against Hamrun Spartans will be a first for the club.
